Hi, I'm Adrian! Club Manager here at Danbury. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, whether you’re a seasoned gym goer or a complete newbie, we are here to support you and help you achieve your goals. When you join us, you’ll have full access to our quality facilities, a range of fitness classes to attend, and staff who are always on hand to help. Whatever kind of workout you’re after, we know you’ll finish each and every session feeling more confident and a step closer towards being a healthier, happier you. We can’t wait to see you!

Hi there, I'm Jackie. I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer here at Danbury Sports & Social Centre. I have worked in the fitness industry for sixteen years, the last 6 years here with Lifestyle Fitness. I enjoy all aspects of my work as there is always new information to learn and share with our clients. It is highly rewarding to see clients reach their personal goals and also build new friendships at the Sports Centre. I have completed qualifications specialising in GP Referrals, weight management and senior fitness.

I have worked as a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer here at Danbury Sports & Social Centre for 13 years. I really enjoy helping people achieve their personal goals. I love interacting with our members. My hobbies are running, gardening, sports & hiking (both in the UK and abroad!). I look forward to seeing you.
Arthur Tear

My name is Arthur Tear and I am one of the fitness instructors working here at the Lifestyle Fitness Danbury. I am qualified with a Diploma from YMCA Fitness Industry Training and have worked here at Danbury for fifteen years. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, with a BTEC Diploma from the London School of Sports Massage. I have also worked as a personal trainer, with a variety of different clients with a diverse array of goals, including disabled people, young people and pregnant women. Come down to the club and say hi!
